Essential Question

My question seemed to elude me for a while until I thought about the amount of time lawyers and doctors get to spend working under supervision before they take their exams and are flung out into the world of work. I believe teachers, if held in the same regard, need to spend just as much time in professional development to hone their skills. Podcasts, specifically, case scenarios could be used to develop a common professional development language.

How can case scenario podcasts (video and audio)be used to develop a common professional development language? What tools could be used to link departments and schools into this conversation simultaneously? What resources are available to make this a reality?

Do the lists exist? Do the lists have to be created? Do the podcasts exist or do they have to be created?

What is the purpose of the podcast playlist?

I think teachers are a hard sell. They are so short on time, that a podcast would have to show immediate impact on students for buy-in.
